More Americans disapprove of President Barack Obama’s health care reform than support it, according to a new poll released on Monday as the Supreme Court hears challenges to the law’s constitutionality.

Almost half of Americans, 47 percent, are opposed to the divisive Affordable Care Act, while 36 percent approve of it, a New York Times/CBS News poll found. Those who strongly disapprove of the legislation outnumber those who strongly approve of it two to one, the survey also found. Sixteen percent had no opinion on the matter.
